Pre-school is an important period of development for a child where they are learning the necessary skills to become ready for primary school.

At Bundall Education and Care Centre we provide a specialised Pre-school program that teaches 3 – 5 year olds how to become a member of a class, which is a significant step for them. The program is developed in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Qld Kindergarten curriculum.

The program is taught by qualified Early Childhood Educators including bachelor qualified teachers.

The program is aimed at providing children with the skills and knowledge needed for lifelong learning. As part of the program, children engage in play based learning to develop early literacy and numeracy concepts and communication skills which will help their reading and writing ability.

Each child is given time to mature socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Our aim as Pre-school Educators is to instill in all children an awareness of themselves as an individual and a feeling that they are a worthwhile and special person.
